How fast do you actually reply?

Within one business day, and most emails the same business day. If something needs longer — a warehouse check, a wholesale quote — you get a note saying so rather than silence.

My order hasn't arrived. What do you need from me?

Just the order number. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, and tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as the shipment is on the way.

How do refunds work?

Email us a photo within 30 days and we refund the full order. You keep the bottle — return shipping on a $24 item costs more than the item. See the refund policy for the full terms.

Will it wreck suede?

No, but treat it gently: pump lightly, blot with a dry cloth, don't scrub in circles. Two light passes rather than one heavy one. If you are nervous, send us a photo of the pair first and we will tell you honestly.
