These terms govern your use of sneakersalt.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't order.

1. Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, not when you click pay or receive an order confirmation email. Until dispatch we may decline or cancel any order and refund you in full — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in [[CURRENCY, e.g. US dollars (USD)]] and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you and offer to cancel and refund, or proceed at the correct price.

3. Shipping and refunds

Shipping timescales, costs and destinations are set out in our shipping policy. Refund and cancellation rights are set out in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

4. Using the product

Our product is a shoe cleaning foam for use on footwear. Use it as directed on the label. Test on an inconspicuous area first, particularly on suede, nubuck and other delicate materials. We are not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the label instructions, or by use on materials we have not stated the product is suitable for.

Keep out of reach of children. If you have a known sensitivity to cleaning products, check the ingredient list before use.

5. Product claims

We describe what the product does as accurately as we can. Results depend on the material, the stain, its age and how it is applied, and will vary between shoes. Photographs on this site show real results but are not a guarantee of the result you will get. If it doesn't work for you, our refund policy applies.

6. Your account and communications

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think they've been compromised. If you subscribe to marketing email you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message; we act on unsubscribes within 10 business days.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, resell our products as your own, or upload content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend access if you do.

8. Content you submit

If you send us a photo, video or review, you confirm it is your own, that it shows your genuine experience of the product, and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed to appear. You keep ownership. You give us permission to show it on our site and social channels. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we will remove it within one business day.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, and the SneakerSalt name and branding belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability can lawfully be capped, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law and disputes
